How challenging would it be to implement the initiative, what are the alternatives - and to what extent is a sustainable lifestyle already feasible for individuals today?
The Environmental Responsibility Initiative
The Environmental Responsibility Initiative advocates for a sustainable economy within planetary boundaries: Within ten years, our economic activities should only consume resources to the extent that the natural basis of life is preserved. What some see as an absolute necessity, others complain about as social bankruptcy. How challenging would it be to implement the initiative, what are the alternatives – and to what extent is a sustainable lifestyle already feasible for individuals today?
