Precision Temperature Control
The GILDA’s temperature regulator ensures a constant and precise brewing temperature, guaranteeing consistent coffee quality in every cup, regardless of the number of extractions. Optimally positioned high-precision sensors measure the water temperature and send signals to the PID controller, which determines if and how much heating is required.
Another key feature of GILDA is its precisely adjustable brewing temperature. It can be easily set manually, with the selected temperature displayed on the screen.
