Our stand concept at Giardina: why we are putting naturalism aside for once

Perhaps you didn't have the time or leisure to take a look at our stand during your visit to the trade fair - but you still wondered: What are the Grünwerkers trying to tell us? Then read the following article.

There are things that cannot simply be built quickly, but are created over time. This has been a problem for us for a long time, over 35 years to be precise. In the garden space, this question becomes a crucial focal point once it has been built and is exposed to natural ageing. Will it age well? Does it have the potential to develop?

The essence of a garden is often not just in its form, but in the many little things that happen, often without us having planned them that way. We can't make the blackbird that sings its evening song in the treetops or force the lizard to bask on the wall in the midday light. We can also only force the shape of a tree to a limited extent. It is precisely those things that happen in a garden without us setting clear guidelines that give the garden its essence and the atmosphere in which people, fauna and flora really feel at home. This is what our stand at Giardina is all about.
