Rules for candles on the table
- Candles on the table should always be lit as soon as guests are seated. Unlit candles look incomplete and uninviting.
- The candles must be placed in such a way that they are easily accessible but not disturbing if a guest has to move them.
- It is important to use high-quality candles that burn evenly and do not soot.
- After extinguishing the candles, leave them to stand for a few minutes. The wax must no longer be liquid when the candle is removed.
General candle care
- Place your candle in a quiet and safe place, without draughts or disturbing winds.
- Take your time and let it burn until the entire surface has liquefied.
- Always trim the wick of your candle to 10-15mm before lighting it.
- For optimum life, let it burn for a maximum of 4-6 hours at a time.
- Enjoy the moment...
